The day - 27 May was exceptional. In the Little Market Square in Cracow was placed exhibition tent, under which were collected unusual inventions, creative people and multimedia high-tech (state-of-the-art) solutions. This year's Lesser Poland Innovation Fairs was visited by almost 2700 visitors.
At our stand we presented the various types of products made of technical ceramics. However, this year we focused on special promotion of ceramic pumps.
Ceramic pumps with intrinsic/self-contained sealing are widely used in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry as dosing pumps. The intrinsic/self-contained sealing consists in the precise execution of the piston and the cylinder with ensuring the highest smoothness of working surfaces. This type solution meets the high requirements in the pharmaceutical industry concerning the chemical resistance and aseptic qualities. The working parts are performed with a tolerance of ± 0.001 mm.
